Peace-in-the-Country Inn is a Bed and Breakfast that was envisioned in 2002 and established in 2016. We serve those who have served our country in the military. We let pastoral couples receive ministry instead of ministering. We reduce the rate of veteran’s suicide and pastoral burnout. We send all of our guests back into service refreshed and moving forward in their churches and communities.
Serving Those Who Have Served
Our mission is to lavish the Love of God on the servants of God and Country, so they can be refreshed, re-directed and go forward with a new perspective about their mission to their church or community.
Tranquil, yet an inviting atmosphere prevailed throughout our visit. Because of the intended visitors ... , red, white, and blue was interwoven periodically. This displayed patriotism and service to both God and Country. Our dinner left nothing to be desired... and the homemade bread complimented the meal. The memory that shall linger with us is [Larry's] passion to serve other veterans. When afforded the opportunity to return, we will not hesitate.
